WEEK 1-2
EARTH
STABILITY & NOURISHMENT

Qualities: Grounding, stability, support

Healing Modalities: Nutrition,  herbs, and self-care practices for physical and emotional nourishment and grounding

 

Focus: Rebuilding physical balance, nervous system regulation, and mental stability

 

The Earth element encourages stability in daily life, aiding in the healing of trauma and providing a solid foundation for further recovery.

In this module you will learn about the nervous system, how addiction and trauma effect the nervous system, and how you can use food, herbs, and nature to heal and strengthen your nervous system from addiction and trauma.

WEEK 3-4
Water
FLUIDITY & PURIFICATION

Qualities: Fluidity, purification, emotional balance

Healing Modalities: Hydration, yoga, and aquatic therapies that support recovery

 Focus:  Emotional healing, cleansing, hydration

The Water element helps soothe the emotional body, and enhance the connection between body and mind for better mental clarity.

 

​In this module you will learn what true hydration is and how we can use this to heal from addiction. You will learn various ways to use water as medicine in your recovery. Humans are 75% water, so learning the medicine of water is vital to healing and transformation.

WEEK 5-6
FIRE
TRANSFORMATION & METABOLISM 

Qualities: Transformation, energy, vitality

 

Healing Modalities: Therapeutic sun exposure, thermotherapy, medicinal spices, energizing herbs, and yoga

 

 Focus:  Cultivating energy, improving sleep, and digestive health

 

The Fire element aids in detoxification, mental clarity,  physical energy, mood regulation and sleep.

​In this module you will learn how to use the sun as medicine to balance brain chemistry, improve sleep, and gain more energy. Additionally, you will learn the connection between gut health and mental health and how to heal your digestion for better metabolism physically, mentally and emotionally.

AIR
MOVEMENT & CAPACITY

Qualities: Movement, capacity, lightness

 

Healing Modalities: Pranayama (breathwork), aromatherapy

 

Focus: Enhancing mental flexibility and reducing anxiety through breath-focused practices

 

The Air element aids in overcoming mental stagnation and enhances the ability to adapt to new lifestyles in recovery.

In this module you will learn how to harness the power of breath as a resource to aid in your healing journey. You will also learn how to use essential oils to support your recovery.

CONNECTIVITY & EXPANSION

Qualities: Space, freedom, spiritual connection

 

Healing Modalities: Meditation, sound healing, space-clearing practices

 

Focus: Creating mental, emotional and energetic spaciousness, essential for inner peace and transformation 

 

The Ether element focus on expanding awareness and fostering a deeper connection to the self and the universe, aiding in the holistic recovery process.

THIS COMPREHENSIVE GROUP PROGRAM SUPPORTS SPIRITUAL HEALING, AND GOES BEYOND PILLS AND TALK THERAPY TO ADDRESS THE BIOLOGICAL SOURCE OF DEPRESSION, ANXIETY, AND ADDICTIVE CYCLES.

How?

The tool box I teach is designed to support the unique needs of people recovering from addiction.  At the root of addiction there is trauma and unhealthy lifestyle choices that negatively influence genetics.  Although abstaining from harmful substances is the the prerequisite, collecting time in sobriety doesn't heal these root causes. Through nutrition, lifestyle, herbal medicine, and yoga, you can create an ecosystem of healing that goes all the way to the soul level so that you can get off the hampster wheel ( and even all those medications) and be more happy and healthy.

 

I teach ancient wisdom and science based modalities that enables you to heal from anxiety, depression, fatigue, pain, and chronic illness, so that you can  create a powerful foundation for high-quality, sustainable recovery from addictive cycles.

 

This is a simple-to-follow 10-week program in which you will learn how to use trauma-informed nutrition, herbs, and lifestyle medicine so that you can heal from the root causes of your symptoms.

 

It's a mind-body-spirit approach to mental health and addiction recovery. The program emphasizes critical elements that are usually overlooked in the conventional medical and recovery model, such as sleep, nutrients, gut health,  nervous system regulation, neuroplasticity, toxins and other physical elements so that you can actually thrive instead of survive.
